Voting Periods

The Voting Periods page provides an overview of all the organization's voting periods, including completed, active, and upcoming ones.

On this page, you can:

View a list of voting periods with:
- Status (completed, active, or upcoming)
- Voting data
- Allocated budget for the period
Navigate to Corporate Giving settings to update voting period settings
Create a new voting period manually by selecting start and end dates
Search or filter voting periods by status

Start next pending voting period instantly (if no active period exists)
- Employees will receive an email immediately so they can start voting
Complete an active voting period early
- Generate invoices and payments instantly
Update upcoming voting periods
- Edit details
- Delete a voting period
- Boost funds by allocating additional budget

Clicking on an active voting period takes you to its details page, where more information about the votes cast is displayed.
