Step-by-step instructions
1. Select giving mode
Choose the company giving mode available in your configuration.
2. Configure budget and cadence
Set:
- Annual budget
- Number of voting periods per year
- Financial year reset date
- First voting period start date
- Voting period duration
3. Configure vote limits
Set maximum votes per employee (up to 3).
4. Save and continue
Confirm settings and continue onboarding.
What users should expect
- Causes with more votes receive larger allocations from the configured budget.
- Period cadence and vote limits directly affect employee voting behavior.
- Settings can be adjusted later under company settings.
Common issues and troubleshooting
- Cannot save settings: check date combinations and vote limit boundaries.
