Purpose

Capture the legal and display details used across company-facing and employee-facing workflows.

Who this is for

Company admins performing initial onboarding.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in and currently in onboarding.
  • Your organization has confirmed who should own company administration.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Search and select your company

Find your organization in the company lookup and select the correct record.

2. Set a display name

Define the public-facing company name shown in portal views and communications.

3. Add a contact email

Provide the operational contact email used for onboarding and follow-up communication.

4. Save and continue

Proceed to the next onboarding step.

What users should expect

  • Company identity data is reused in settings, invitations, and payment-related workflows.
  • Display name can be adjusted later in settings if needed.

Common issues and troubleshooting

  • Company not found in search: verify legal name spelling and CVR context.
  • Wrong organization selected: return to the same step and reselect before finishing onboarding.

Verify success

  • Company identity fields save successfully and remain visible after reload.
  • You can continue to the next onboarding step without missing-field warnings.
