Company Authentication Guide

Overview

Actnation uses Azure B2C, a secure authentication service provided by Microsoft, to handle all user logins. When you try to access the application, you'll be automatically redirected to a login page where you can choose how you want to sign in.

Sign-In Options

1. Social Account Sign-In (Recommended)

The easiest way to access Actnation is through social account login. You have two options:

• Google Account

  • Works with both personal and work email accounts
  • Quick and simple sign-in process
  • No need for additional registration

• Microsoft Account

  • Only works with work or school accounts (organizational emails)
  • Perfect for companies using Microsoft 365
  • Cannot be used with personal Microsoft accounts

2. Email and Password Sign-In

You can also use your email address and create a password:

Important: Even if you already have an Actnation account, you'll need to complete a one-time registration in the login system before you can use email/password sign-in.

To set up email/password login:

1. Click the "Sign Up" button on the login page
2. Fill out the registration form
3. Once registered, you can use your email and password for future logins

Important Notes

Using the Correct Email Address

• You must use the same email address that was used during your company's employee setup process
• If you're unsure which email to use, please contact your company administrator
• Using a different email address will prevent you from accessing your account

About the Login Page

• The login page is hosted by Microsoft Azure B2C
• Some elements of this page cannot be customized by Actnation
• The page might appear in English by default, regardless of your browser's language settings

If you're having trouble logging in:

• Double-check that you're using the correct email address
• If using email/password, ensure you've completed the initial registration
• Contact your company administrator if you're unsure about which email to use
• For technical issues, contact Actnation support

Remember: For the smoothest experience, we recommend using the social account sign-in option whenever possible.
