Company Authentication

Role: Company admins
Scope: Company portal

Purpose

Use this guide to sign in to the Company portal and resolve common authentication blockers.

Who this is for

Company administrators and company employees who need access to the Company portal.

Prerequisites

  • You have been invited or set up with an email in your company account.
  • You are opening the Company portal URL shared by your organization.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Open the Company portal

When you open the portal, you are redirected to Microsoft Azure AD B2C for authentication.

2. Choose a sign-in method

  • Social sign-in (recommended): Google or Microsoft organizational account.
  • Email/password sign-in: use this if your organization supports direct credential login.

3. Complete first-time setup (email/password only)

If you have never used email/password in B2C for this account, use Sign Up once, then sign in normally.

4. Return to the portal

After successful authentication, you are routed back to onboarding or company pages based on your company status.

What users should expect

  • The login page is Microsoft-hosted and may have language/layout differences from the main app.
  • Access is tied to the email identity used during company setup.

Common issues and troubleshooting

  • Wrong email account selected: sign out from Microsoft and retry with the correct work identity.
  • Email/password fails on first use: complete one-time Sign Up before sign-in.
  • Repeated redirect loops: clear browser cookies for the portal domain and sign in again.

Verify success

  • You can sign in without redirect loops and land on Company portal pages.
  • Your admin account can open at least one onboarding or operations page.
