Company Dashboard Overview

Role: Company admins
Scope: Company portal

Purpose

Provide a single operational view of donation totals, participation, and trend data.

Who this is for

Company admins, HR teams, and finance stakeholders monitoring giving outcomes.

Prerequisites

  • Onboarding is completed.
  • Your company has active data for donations, votes, or employees.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Open Dashboard

Go to Company -> Dashboard.

2. Choose your period filter

Use segmented period filters to switch between all-time and shorter windows.

3. Review KPI cards

Track employee activity, votes, total donations, and participation indicators.

4. Use the dashboard sections

The dashboard is grouped into Corporate Giving, Gifting, and Other sections so you can scan data faster.

5. Monitor gifting analytics

In the Gifting section, review:

  • Ring chart showing gifted amount distribution (DKK) across Birthday, Onboarding, and Recognition
  • Recent gifts table (latest entries)
  • Summary cards for Total Gifts and Gifted Employees
  • ? tooltip hints on gifting chart cards (Total Gifts, Gifted Employees, and ring chart)

6. Use the Other section comparison tables

In the Other section, review two side-by-side tables on desktop (stacked on mobile):

  • Top Supported Causes
  • Top Supported Charities (NGOs)

Each table includes a top-right link icon that opens Company -> Charitable Organizations on the matching tab.

The Gifting section is shown on the All-time filter and hidden on Last voting period.

7. Complete and share a voting period

When completing an active voting period from the dashboard, a share dialog appears after completion so you can share the period results on social media. The share dialog only appears when the period received at least one vote; periods with zero votes are completed without a share prompt.

8. Jump to detail pages

Navigate to Employees, Campaigns, or other operational pages directly from dashboard context.

What users should expect

  • Data refreshes as company activity changes.
  • Some chart blocks may appear empty until first relevant transactions are available.

Common issues and troubleshooting

  • Empty charts after launch: confirm there are completed periods or donation activity.
  • Values look outdated: refresh after recent period changes or payment processing.

Verify success

  • Dashboard cards and trend sections load without empty/error state for known activity.
  • You can navigate from dashboard context to Employees, Voting Periods, and Payments.
