Employees

The Employees page provides an overview of all employees in the company and their donation participation.

Employee Information

For each employee, you can view:

• Photograph
• Name and email
• Status
• Number of causes they have supported
• Number of votes they have cast
• Number of voting periods they have participated in

A search option is available to quickly find any employee.

Employee Actions

Depending on the employee, the following actions may be available:

• Promote to admin – Grant admin rights to an employee
• Demote to employee – Revoke admin rights
• Deactivate employee – Prevent login and voting access
• Re-send voting link – Send the link for the current active voting period
