Purpose
Give NGO admins a high-level performance view across campaigns and donations.
Who this is for
NGO admins monitoring campaign outcomes and monthly donation trends.
Prerequisites
- You are signed in to the NGO portal.
- Your NGO has at least one campaign or donation record for meaningful charts.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Open Dashboard
Go to NGO -> Dashboard.
2. Review KPI/statistics cards
Check high-level campaign and donation metrics.
3. Analyze chart sections
Use chart panels for campaign-level, topic-level, and monthly donation insights.
4. Create campaigns when needed
Use the add campaign action if you need to launch a new campaign from dashboard context.
What users should expect
- Empty-state visuals are normal when no donation history exists yet.
- Chart labels and values adapt to language and active data.
Common issues and troubleshooting
- Empty dashboard after campaign creation: donation-linked charts require transaction activity.
- Chart labels appear inconsistent: refresh after language change.
Verify success
- KPI and chart sections load for available campaign/donation data.
- Campaign creation shortcut opens the expected campaign flow.
