NGO admins maintaining profile quality, compliance visibility, and support communication.
Prerequisites
- You are signed in to NGO portal.
- You have selected the intended NGO profile context.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Open Profile
Go to NGO -> Profile.
2. Verify assigned profile
Each NGO admin has one assigned NGO profile.
3. Update profile tabs
Available tabs include:
- NGO: core organization information
- About us: rich-text profile description
- Contact: phone/website details
- Legal: quick links to legal and data policy material
- Help: send support messages
- Restrictions: restrict company access via CVR-based restrictions
4. Save and verify
After updates, confirm that campaign-facing context and restrictions behave as expected.
What users should expect
- About us and contact updates persist as NGO profile metadata.
- Restriction updates affect which companies can interact with the NGO in workflows.
Common issues and troubleshooting
- Save button disabled: no data change detected or form validation is failing.
- Company not available for restriction: CVR search may require minimum search input.
- Support response delay: help center sends a message workflow, not live chat.
Verify success
- Saved profile changes remain visible after refresh.
- Restriction or contact updates are reflected in related campaign and operations context.
