How voting works

Your organization designates their desired voting period frequency as well as the yearly budget they have designated to be donated. Once a voting period starts you will get an invitation sent to your corporate email where you will be designated a login link containing your unique employee id. The application can be accessed without this id through a url but will lead to the guest version where the only thing you'll be able to do is view the details of the available charitable causes.

Once you've accessed the application through the link in your email you will be redirected to the Charitable Causes page where you can proceed to either view the details of the causes or cast your vote. Votes can be cast by either clicking the heart in the bottom right of the card of your desired cause, or through the button in the bottom right of the cause details page. Your organization decides how many votes you're alloted per voting period, the value ranging from 1 to 3 votes.

Your organization also decides how much money is allocated to each employee for any given voting period, once your votes are cast and the voting period is complete the full sum that has been alloted to you will equally be distributed to all of the causes you've chosen to vote for.
