Role: Company admins and operations teams
Scope: Company portal integrations
Purpose

Who this is for
Company admins, finance teams, and operations teams coordinating NGO payouts.
Prerequisites
- You have access to company onboarding or company settings.
- Authorized signatory information is available.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Configure Mastercard settings
Complete setup in onboarding or in Settings -> Mastercard payment settings.
2. Confirm signatory flow
Ensure the signatory receives and completes required confirmation actions.
3. Monitor operational status
Check Mastercard status in Company Payments to identify active, pending, or inactive states.
4. Validate downstream payouts
After periods complete, verify payment rows and exported documents for NGO disbursements.
What users should expect
- Status changes can affect whether payout workflows continue automatically.
- Company and NGO payment pages reflect the same payout lifecycle from different roles.
Common issues and troubleshooting
- Persistent pending status: verify signatory and setup data, then recheck settings.
- Missing payout document: confirm payment row exists and browser allows new tabs/popups.
- Process fallback: if setup is incomplete, manual handling may be required.
Verify success
- Mastercard status and payment pipeline behavior are visible in company and NGO payment pages.
- At least one payout document can be opened for audit or reconciliation.
